What were you doing at 5am this morning? Well, if you were hanging with Mothership Todd you would have been doing centuries. As the title would imply, this a workout with the result of doing 100 rounds of each movement. After an ample warm up, start with the burpees. Do 20 rounds of the burpees. Then move on the the clubells and do a set of 20 wood choppers on each side. Next is the kettlebell. Do a set of 20 rounds of passing the kettlebell from hand to hand around your body. Do the other direction 20 times and you’ve done your first set. Repeat 4 more times and you’ve done your centuries.
